Chairperson

Bishop Dr. Gibson Anduvate

Bishop Dr. Gibson Anduvate serves as the Senior Pastor at International Christian Centre-Nairobi and presides as the Bishop over the KAG Nairobi South District. He is an ICF Certified Executive Leadership Coach and the founder of Leading Young. Bishop Dr. Gibson Anduvate also serves as the Co-chair for the Africa Region of the Empower21 Nextgen Council, a global movement of Spirit-empowered believers. In addition, he serves as the Kenya Director for the Pray for All Kenya initiative in collaboration with World Prays. He is an author, speaker, and transformational teacher.

He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, a Master’s Degree in Leadership from Global University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Nairobi. Bishop Dr. Gibson speaks at various national and international leadership platforms across the globe. He is married to Liz Anduvate and they are blessed with three wonderful children: Misaki, Gideon, and Mikaela.

Vice Chairpeople

Pastor Rodney and Shannon Fouts

Rodney Fouts has a deep passion for church planting and missions beyond the four walls of the church. Together with his wife, Shannon Fouts, they founded North Church in the spring of 2002, starting with just three people in their living room, with a simple mission: helping people love God, love people, and follow Jesus.

From the beginning, North Church focused on reaching the unchurched through authentic relationships. This approach, combined with the life-giving message of the Gospel and a culture of joy and simplicity, led to rapid growth, reaching 125 people in weekly attendance within the first year, with 55 individuals committing their lives to Christ. Under Pastor Rodney and Shannon’s leadership, North Church has gone on to pioneer and partner with church planting movements across the United States, Latin America, and Africa. Their commitment to church planting and leadership development also led to them becoming founding members of the Zinduka Arise Afrika Foundation.

Secretaries

Rev Philip and Eve Mungai

Rev Philip & Eve Mungai serve at International Christian Centre-Nairobi, with Rev Eve as Executive Pastor and Rev Mungai as Church Planting Pillar Lead. They are both passionate about ministry, especially the entrepreneurial approach to church planting and multiplication.

Rev Eve is a dynamic executive coach and when she is not preaching or leading teams, she enjoys mentoring and raising the next generation of leaders. Rev Philip & Eve are also church planters, having planted ICC Buruburu, a campus of ICC Nairobi in 2020. They both serve in Zinduka Arise Afrika Mission as secretaries to see the mission and vision of the church realised.

Treasurer

Stephen Kuert

Stephen Kuert is a Kenyan-born American who grew up in a missionary family serving with the Assemblies of God. Having been raised and educated in Kenya, he now serves as a missionary across several African nations, carrying forward the legacy of his parents.

Stephen and his wife, Bailey, live in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He earned his undergraduate degree from Oral Roberts University, and holds both a Master’s degree and a Master of Divinity from Global University. He is currently completing his doctorate through Global University.

Stephen has traveled to over 40 nations and has lived as a missionary in four countries, while also ministering and teaching in several others. Steve is a highly gifted communicator and trainer in global missions and church planting. He enjoys serving in the trenches of Burundi and Congo and the deserts and plains of Turkana and Masai Mara respectively, raising local missionaries and church planters. When he is not dodging bullets in the Congo, dancing with lions in the Masai Mara or fighting scorpions in Turkana, he is traveling in the US among partner churches. He has authored eight books and in good Kenyan fashion, he loves to run. He serves as the treasurer for Zinduka Arise Afrika Mission.
